The room itself was super comfortable and clean, exceeding all my low-budget expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Plus, the free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV made my stay even more jaw-dropping. The express check-in and check-out options made everything so convenient. I also couldn't resist indulging in the delicious in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The fact that no pets were allowed and there was no smoking on site was a huge bonus too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is very close to the city center. I really enjoyed being right in the heart of the city, surrounded by lots of great restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jasminka, who assisted me with settling in. The room itself was comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I had a great experience.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, which made our Christmas stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and tram stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. the staff at the restaurant nearby were very friendly and helpful, adding to our overall positive experience.

We also found it inconvenient that there was no shampoo gel provided, as it would have saved us space in our luggage. However, despite these small issues, everything else about the stay was great.

It's located right in the center of old town - just a 3-minute walk to the square and trams. We loved the nearby restaurants - especially Nokturno - which had the best food in the city. The communication with the staff was polite and pleasant.
